  • 1 cup granulated sugar adjust to taste
  • 1 1/2 cups cold water or ice use ice for a thicker slushie

Method
 

  1. Measure out the fresh lemon juice and pour it into a blender.
  2. Add the granulated sugar to the blender with the lemon juice.
  3. Pour in the cold water or add ice to the mixture.

  5. Check the consistency—if it's too runny, add more ice and blend briefly again until you reach the desired slushy texture.
